Mohale Motaung decides to spoil his husband, Somizi Mhlongo on his 48th birthday.
Taking to Instagram, the radio star shared a video of the gifts received from his lover.
Som got a cake designed with Louis Vuitton and Gucci; another cake was decorated using his cookbook cover.
He also got a flower and an LV gift item. However, what got brows raised were the balloons that was attached to the gifts.
Some of the balloons have “it’s a boy” written on it.
While some fans laughed off the idea, believing it’s plain humor, others got confused, as such balloon are mostly used for a baby gender reveal.
