A young Ghanaian identified as Panji Daniel has been ‘caught’ after an attempt to ‘scam’ global football icon, Cristiano Ronaldo in a Facebook live video.
Panji Daniel tried to convince Cristiano Ronaldo during his Facebook live that he was building a statue for him but construction has stopped due to financial insufficiency, and he just needs a little cash to get it completed.
He specifically noted that the statue made for him(Cristiano Ronaldo) was built in Ghana which of course is a lie just to dupe the Juventus Star.
He wrote beneath the comment box as Cristiano was live: “From Ghana, I have build your statue in Ghana please send me few money to complete it.”
He has since been trending after his comment on Cristiano Ronaldo’s Facebook live video.
